Membership Renewal
A. Procedure:
1. All membership is
FREE
.
2. After completed and submitted Part B below, please bring along your
current membership card in person to our Centre to collect a new one.
3. You should collect your new membership card before it expires. Otherwise,
you have to re-do your on-line membership renewal confirmation again.
4. You will have a souvenir (while stock lasts) when you successfully collect
your new membership card before it expires.
B. Membership renewal confirmation
I acknowledge that my current membership card will expire and
I confirm to submit for another 2-years membership renewal so that
I am able to use the Centre facilities continuously.
